Baxster,  Fortune's lawyer is about to give a statement on the verdict.

Hero for the day?

Citizens of Echo City, Chief Stone and of course NightBat. We're here once again to say thank you for another job well done. If not for your heroic act and ordering a tuna on rye with no pickles at the same time our beloved coffee shop the Cup O'Joe would have been destroyed. And how would I be able to stay awake all day to make very very important mayor decisions.

 

Monks

Brothers Hamilton,Joe,Franks & Reynolds are the monks that help train and hide NightBat. The monastery is where the Jeweled Bat has been kept for centuries. And it seems every two bit crook in Echo City is on the hunt for it. The monks live in a remote part of the mountains.

Sandy & Saulty Fish

Sandy and Saulty are imaginary clown fish that only Cookoo Klown could see or hear. They are constantly fighting that drives Cookoo nuts. They live in Cookoo's pants,which are filled with water. WHY? I don't know.

Miss Fortune is a hypnotic and sultry old school seductress. Her goals are to be the greatest sorceress alive. She is constantly trying to steal mystical relics to gain more power and wealth. One of her oddities is that her hair changes color based on her moods. She is accompanied by her goon Ali Bob. They hide out in the abandoned antiques store.  

Presto Chango

PRESTO CHANGO: Magician for hire. An Echo City Daily Post reporter describes him as the city's "worst magician". They add that "His plots always fail and his tricks go awry." He is accompanied by Jack and Peter, his henchmen. Their secret hideout is at the old abandoned Top Hat Sky Lounge.

 I don't know about you, but I'm getting a headache. 

Madame Rosa

A 'Night at the Opera'?

 The reviews are in and Madame Rosa is a flop! "She has the voice of a dying whale and the looks of one too!," one opera critic said.  A citizen added, "Her operatic blast knocked down cardboard sets and shattered the stained glass windows. She robed us of our money and good theater," Her helper in crime is Lawrence Lafayette, also a two bit crook and wannabe performer of the theater. Her secret hide out is below the opera house.

Dr. Krishna heads up the research and studies department at the Brooks Institute of the Not So Criminally Insane. There, he is helped by Scott, a talking monkey in charge of B.O.Z.O. (Bureau of Zany Objects).

Breanna: Teenager and president of the NIGHTBAT fan club! Breanna's dad Joe owns the Cup O' Joe where she works part time. Her BFFs Haley, Ashley and cousin Kiersten always seem to get into some kind of predicament. Her hobbies are dance, music, and of course NIGHTBAT.

NIGHTBAT

Hello Echo City citizens!

NIGHTBAT is Echo City's sort-of hero.  Don't be fooled by his appearance, he's very human and without his suit, he's very ordinary. When the suit is powered he has super strength, can fly, and see in the dark. Beware of his supersonic screech! He lives in a mysterious clock tower attached to the local monastery. He is summoned by the chief of police through his wrist watch, sending sonic echo waves, that only NIGHTBAT could hear. Luckily, all the villain's schemes are so lame that they fail anyway.
